AQUA CORE

This class enhances core strength while offering a challenging aerobic workout. Swimming skills are not necessary for this class.

AQUA CORE DEEP

Using dynamic stabilization, this class enhances core strength while offering a challenging aerobic workout in deep water. Swimming skills are not necessary for this class.

AQUA FIT

Improve strength, flexibility, endurance, range of motion and agility. A great variety of cardio and toning exercises utilizing various aquatic equipment.

AQUA FUSION

25 minutes of cardio/toning and 25 minutes of mind body work pulling from yoga and Pilates, centered on core, balance and flexibility. 

AQUA TABATA

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternating strength and cardio movements to strengthen your heart and lungs as well as your muscles. Get total body conditioning in this low impact but high energy class!

AQUA YOGA

Take your mindfulness to the water. This class will incorporate classic yoga with an aquatics twist to it, allowing more stability and less weight on your joints. Open to all fitness levels.

AQUA ZUMBA

Aqua Zumba® brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines a variety of Zumba® rhythms and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout.

SPLASH & TONE

This faster paced class will improve strength, flexibility, endurance, range of motion and agility. Fun cardio and effective toning utilizing a variety of aquatic equipment. Intensity and impact can be varied on an individual basis.
