Not sure where to start? A Smart Start will get you on the path to success! In two free sessions, our staff will guide you through getting familiar with cardio and strength training equipment, and help you develop a personalized fitness plan to meet your wellness goals.
If you’re looking for extra encouragement or added variety to your workout, try joining a group fitness class. We offer over 70 free classes, which are exclusive to our members. Our professional instructors are your own personal fitness mentors. You could say that with every Y membership, motivation and encouragement come standard.
From swim lessons to summer camp, tennis to taekwondo, there's a Y program for everyone! Y members get premium discounts on all of our paid programs and access to early registration periods.
