Practices are scheduled through the town's board of directors and are held locally. Practices are 4 days a week leading up to the first week of games, and only 3 days a week after that.

Teams will play a 7-game schedule, with 1 game per week held on Saturdays at regional schools.

Contact your town's board of directors for further information.

Your town's board of directors provides all safety equipment for the team. Players are responsible for purchasing and bringing their own water bottle, mouth guard that attaches to the facemask, and well-fitted football cleats.

No athlete will be turned away from participating because of their weight. Below are the weights for each week with allowances for “Blue” Players. “Blue” players are defined by blue tape affixed to their helmet, in plain view. “Blue” players on offense must play center, guard, tackle. On defense they must play defensive tackle, or defensive end.

Any player over the set weight each game cannot be a quarterback, running back, tight end, or wide receiver.
